The star known for her controversial performance in a adult film where she dons a hijab, can be seen clenching her jaw as Leo "Tank" the tattoo artist inks a red and white striped object onto her right arm.
Despite admitting "the pain won", Khalifa is no stranger to tattoos – having shown off a Batman symbol on her shoulder and pistol on her ribcage.
Lebanese-American Mia looked casually dressed as she braced for the tattooist to do his work in a video broadcasted to her 24 million followers.
