A woman was left feeling sick and betrayed after her perverted doctor began spiking her hot drinks with his semen.
Sick doctor Nicholas Chapman, 55, was yesterday (June 15) found guilty of one count of engaging in sexual activity without consent for making a victim “ingest his semen” in September 2021.
Jurors at Gloucester Crown Court found him not guilty of the second count of the same charge allegedly committed between September 2020 and September 2021.
The pervy doctor from Taunton, Somerset, filled up hundreds of “specimen” samples with his semen and was accused of putting them in his victim’s drinks.
The victim, who cannot be legally named, said that she would often pour the “salty” drinks he gave to her away, but always noticed a “thick gloopy substance” in the sink of his practice.
She was horrified to discover a collection of “specimen pots” belonging to the doctor, and she became very suspicious of the drinks he had been giving her and took a sample of the next coffee he made for her to the police.
There, cops confirmed that it was in fact Chapman’s semen.
In a victim statement read to the court, she bared her heart and expressed how disgusted she was by his actions.
"I feel betrayed by him, by his actions. He has made me feel powerless.
"The devious and cowardly nature has shocked me. If this was a physical attack I may have at least had a chance to defend myself. I've had to be open about this to my partner and family, but I often feel alone and that no one quite understands.
"I hope in the future I am able to put this all behind me and move on with my life.
"Though I have to accept that the mental and emotional trauma I have suffered throughout this will always remain with me in some way."
The monster doctor tried to claim he collected the samples at work due to a "secret" condition he has suffered from since the age of 16 that saw him discharge semen every time he would defecate and that someone else must have put it in the coffee as a "prank."
"I don't know why someone did that with my sample – I don't know why someone did it or why,” he said.
Medical records revealed no such condition, and he claimed that he had kept it a secret from everybody
The twisted GP seemingly had a history of perverted behaviour, with the court hearing that at least two of his colleagues had seen pictures of his erect penis on his phone.
He claimed this was by "accident" and described himself as being "mortified” at the time.
Judge Rupert Lowe described it as a very "unusual case" and added: "I haven't made up my mind about the sentence and am not in a position to give any indication of what that may be."
The proceedings have been halted until July 6, with Chapman being released on conditional bail until then.
