Jenny Frost was rushed to hospital on Tuesday, after smashing her head on a rock.
The Atomic Kitten star took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal all to her followers, sharing a snap of her face baring a huge stitched-up gash on her forehead.
The pop star, 43, explained that she’d fallen during a night out in Ibiza, and while put her hands out to break the fall, didn’t see the rock between her hands, which hit her in the face.

Jenny wrote alongside the photograph: ‘So on the last day of August & the last day of my besties being here – thought I’d go out with a bang!!! Against a rock.
‘Was just a silly fall but when I put my hands out to stop myself – I didn’t see the massive rock in between my hands (it was pitch black & literally the only rock within a mile radius).
‘Feeling very grateful that its not worse! We are the lucky ones.’
Her celebrity friends flooded the comments section of her post with well-wishes, including band-mate Liz McClarnon who wrote: ‘Oh Jen’ with a heart and kiss-blowing emoji.

Their hit song Whole Again shot back to the top of the charts 20 years after its original release, after they recorded a special version for Euro 2020.
And the trio have reflected on performing as a trio again for the first time in 15 years, remarking: ‘It feels like no time’s passed at all!’
