“This single is an amazing introduction to a letter to me – which really is an honest compilation of things I have experienced and learned from,” Dixie shared in a statement. “I’m so proud of what this album is as it represents growth, not only personally, but professionally and musically.”

Not only did she just release her latest single, but Dixie also announced when her debut album will finally be out!

The LP, a letter to me, will be released in just TWO weeks on June 10th. It will feature 12 tracks, including her hit “Be Happy.”

Dixie recently opened up about her album and what message she hopes to spread through her music.

“The biggest theme of my album is you never have to know who you are because you’re constantly changing. There’s not going to be a right answer and a full answer to, ‘Who are you what are you about?’” she told V Magazine.

“I don’t know. I’m 20 years old and I’ve literally no clue what I’m doing,” she continued. “There’s no rulebook to this and I just want to have fun and do what I like and if people enjoy and love it and get it then that’s perfect. If not then they don’t. like it’s there’s no I just want to have fun and share what I love with the world.”
