She welcomed her first child, baby daughter Bambi, with boyfriend Tommy Fury on January 23.

And Molly-Mae Hague shared an insight into the newborn’s nude decorated nursery with a sweet picture this week, as the room featured a clear acrylic cot in the centre.

As Molly-Mae announced the name of her newborn with a snap of the nursery and the moniker in neon, one fan took to TikTok to share a video investigating the cot.

The user revealed that the crib is currently at a price of £8,189.28, with a 40 per cent saving on the Homeloft website, which scored out it’s previous price of £13, 536.00.

And it appears the former Love Island star drew inspiration from fellow reality royalty, as Kim Kardashian and her famous sisters have been known to use the same one for their broods.

Kim previously revealed that she bought the lavish crib for eldest daughter North and kept it for her further three children.

Molly-Mae’s purchase left fans in shock, as one took to the comments of the TikTok video to pen: ‘ Costs more than everything in my nursery combined’.

‘For a cot nahhhh,’ added another.

But some supported the decision as they stayed out of the controvery, with one user commenting: ‘If I had that type of money I would buy my daughter everything too, I think it’s lovely’.

It wasn’t just the price that had fans unsure, with many comparing it to a fridge drawer and hospital incubator.

Controversy: Molly-Mae’s purchase left fans in shock as they were conflicted over the price

‘Whys it so expensive when it looks like somet from the fridge?,’ questioned one user.

The moses basket is from brand Aristot, who claim to have a ‘luxury modular bassinet collection’.

While she and Tommy opted for a basket costing £1450, with it’s stand, sold seperately, being an additional £1100 – totalling at £2550.

But all won’t be lost when the new arrival grows out of the bassinet, as the brand sells alternative attachements for the stand – meaning it can be turned into an ottoman for around £650 more.

While it has also been claimed Molly-Mae and Tommy spared no expense when it came to welcoming their daughter, reportedly splashing out on a room at The Portland Hospital where birth packages start from £15,000 and can cost up to £30,000.
