Ivanka Trump emotional during Donald Trump’s final speech
Today, Donald Trump, 74, left The White House following his four-year presidency. Ahead of Joe Biden’s Inauguration, Fern Britton, 63, took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the ex President and his wife Melania Trump, and couldn’t resist taking a swipe at the pair.
While watching Trump’s final speech, she wrote: “#ByeByeTrump I am literally shaking with relief he’s on his way and nauseous about him STILL boasting.
“What a big old Plum.”
Her comment comes as the ex President said in his speech: “I just want to say goodbye but hopefully it’s not a long term goodbye. We’ll see each other again.
“It’s been a great honour, the honour of a lifetime.”

As the President spoke further, Fern added: “Shut up now, Don. This is not playing well for you.”
Trump was supported by his wife Melania and family members at his farewell ceremony today.
As the pair waved their final goodbye, his spouse was seen in a smart black pencil dress with matching stilettos.
She also chose black sunglasses and wore her hair in an elegant up ‘do.
The couple waved to fans as they made their way onto the Marine One helicopter.
Commenting on her style, Fern queried: “How does #Melania walk in stilletoes on grass without sinking in? I’m thinking she might be an AI Bot?”(sic)
In response to this, one fan wrote: “I think she’d have to be an Al Bot to be married and sleep with him [Nauseated face emoji].”
Agreeing with the comment, the presenter commented: “Bleargh,” with a sick face emoji.

Fern went on to like a series of tweets from her Anti-Trump followers.
One commented: “Watching but cringing at the same time! #TrumpsLastDay good riddance!!”
“I am so happy The Trumps have left,” a second wrote.
Trump left the office after confirming he will not be attending Joe’s Inauguration later on today.
It comes after a violent mob of the ex president’s supporters broke into the Capitol in a bid to overturn the result of the November election.
America’s new president said Trump not attending the ceremony is a “good thing”.
He added at a news conference: “He’s been an embarrassment to the country, embarrassed us around the world. He’s not worthy to hold that office.”
