Helen Flanagan has discussed the difficulties of motherhood as she candidly shared that she finds being a mum to her three children "hard" sometimes.
In an Instagram Q&A, a fan asked the former Coronation Street actress: "How do you find having three kids? I'm frazzled lol."
Helen, 32, replied with a picture of herself feeling tired, as she wrote: "I find being a mum hard.
"I feel tired most of the time and like I have to split myself into three but just love them so much. Would never change it for the world and I just give them all I've got every day x."
Helen shares her three children, Matilda, six, Delilah, three, and two-year-old son Charlie, with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, who she split from last year after 13 years together.
She recently shared that her son had been rushed to A&E after breaking his collarbone after an accident at a theme park.
Taking to her Instagram story to explain the incident, Helen said: "We went to a water park and Charlie slipped, really really badly and it was awful, absolutely horrendous.
“I had to get an ambulance and he had snapped his collarbone into two. It was horrendous, so I spent like six hours in the hospital at Stoke.
“To see your child in pain was just horrendous, but he's ok," she added.
"There's actually not much you can do for it. Apparently it mends by itself but it's horrible when you're a mum and you just wish you could take every pain away from them.”
Following her son's injury, Helen and her children jetted off on a family holiday to Paris, where she shared a video clip of herself posing in swimwear as she enjoyed a spa break.
While on holiday Helen is thought to have signed up to celebrity dating app Raya, and pals of the star have told OK! she’s opening up to the idea of a new romance.
A source close to Helen told us: "She’s not actively looking for a new relationship – it’s just a bit of fun and an ego boost. Friends have told her to put herself on the market and that’s what she’s doing.
"She’s a mum of three, so she doesn’t actually have that much time to go out on dates. But she’s enjoyed a couple here and there and is dipping her toe into the dating pool.
“It’s a new chapter for Helen – she’s had her boob job, she’s had her lips plumped and she’s feeling good about herself. It’s helped her confidence.”
