They say a couple who trains together stays together.
And Jacqueline Jossa, 29, and Dan Osborne appeared to be in the zone as they arrived at an Essex gym on Monday, on the morning of his 31st birthday.
The couple appeared in high spirits as they were seen laughing and joking ahead of a gruelling personal training session.

The EastEnders actress, who has her own range of tanning products showed off her bronzed legs wearing a pair of black bicycle shorts and chunky sliders.
Opting for comfort on the day, she chose a baggy Balenciaga T-shirt while carrying her change of clothes in a baby blue tote bag.
Meanwhile, Dan wore some matching workout gear while showing off his impressive collection of tattoos across his arms and legs.
The former reality star who is known for his love of fitness – carried a large black duffle bag as he walked side by side with his wife of five years.

The gym session comes after Jacqueline shared a gallery of snaps of her children spoiling their dad for Father’s Day earlier this month.
She described her partner as a ‘dream come true’ for being the ‘best daddy ever to our babies’.
The soap star shares Ella, seven, and Mia, three, with the former TOWIE star and is step mum to his son Teddy, eight.
