James Argent showcased his incredible seven stone weight loss as he stepped out in Marbella on Thursday – four months after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery.
The former TOWIE star, 33, looked happy and healthy in a cream patterned shirt, black shorts and brogues as he headed to a restaurant performance at Olivia’s La Cala.
The singer was in his element as he pulled off a polished performance in front of fans during his time abroad.

James was also seen posing for selfies with fan and holding hands with them during the energetic gig.
After the gig, the confident star hopped onto his moped and prepared to head home.
Doctors had previously ordered James to ‘lose weight or die’ after he weighed in at a whopping 27 stone.
James reached 27 stone during lockdown and previously said he wanted to lose 10 stone but now wants to shed 15 stone, more than half his previous body weight.

According to The Sun, James hoped to ‘lose at least a stone every month’ up until 2022, and enlisted the help of close friend and fitness fanatic Mark Wright.
The couple first began dating in 2013 and were briefly engaged but called it quits shortly afterwards.
They briefly rekindled their romance in 2017 but split again before opting to give it a third try this spring.
A source told MailOnline of their rekindled love: ‘Gemma has been seeing Rami again in secret for the last six months.

‘The pair have enjoyed spending time together and getting reacquainted during date nights in London and Essex.

She has since sparked rumours she’s engaged again after being spotted with a diamond on her finger and has revealed the pair are planning for a baby.
