Billionaire Jeff Bezos, 57, blasted into space earlier today in the first crewed flight of his rocket ship. After he safely returned to Earth, 10 minutes later, his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez, 51, was there to embrace her beau.
As the Amazon founder parachuted down to Earth, his family was waiting for him.
Lauren was there in Texas alongside Jeff’s mother Jacklyn who embraced him first as he emerged.
Jeff then turned to his girlfriend Lauren who pressed a kiss to his cheek.
She was wearing a white dress, cowboy hat and cowboy boots for the moment, which was widely captured on camera.
Jeff was then heard saying of the trip: “Best day ever. That was incredible, that was unbelievable.”
Champagne was flowing as the crew and their family all celebrated.
Jeff, brother Mark Bezos, space race pioneer Wally Funk and an 18-year-old student all jetted off in the rocket earlier today.
This marked the first crewed flight of the Amazon founder’s rocket, New Shepard.
Built by the company Blue Origin, the rocket is designed for space tourism.
It features one of the biggest windows flown in space to offer amazing views of the Earth.
Jeff and his girlfriend Lauren have been linked since his divorce from novelist MacKenzie Tuttle in 2019.
Lauren is an American news anchor and entertainment reporter.
She’s frequently seen as a guest host on The View and previously worked on Fox 11 Ten O’clock News and as an anchor on Extra.
The television personality has also been featured on Larry King Live and Showbiz Tonight.
As well as this, she’s also acted in several films as a TV anchor, including Fantastic Four, Fight Club and White House Down.
Jeff and Lauren tend to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
However, they’re often pictured on dates together and at events.
Both Jeff and Lauren have children from previous relationships.
Lauren shares two kids with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell and a son with NFL star Tony Gonzalez.
Jeff has four children with ex-wife MacKenzie, three sons and one daughter.
