Jenny Powell wowed fans as she showcased her jaw-dropping abs before enjoying some time in the sauna on Sunday.
The TV personality, 53, posed up a storm as she flaunted the fruits of her labour in a sizzling mirror selfie, which saw her flash a hint of under boob.
Ensuring to post the steamy shot to Instagram the age-defying beauty wrote in her caption: ‘Yes please,’ and, ‘#swimsauna,’ while beaming from ear-to-ear.

She was at it again on Thursday as she flaunted her toned physique while larking around in her underwear.
The presenter was trying on a glitzy outfit for NYE in the clip uploaded to her Instagram Story where she wore a black bra.
In the first video she teamed the bra with high-waisted black trousers as she wrote in the caption: ‘Just thinking..NYE outfit’ and held up a sparkly jumpsuit.
She then stripped down to just her underwear before finally getting changed into the pretty one piece.

Jenny showed off her personality in the fun clip as she danced around in her skimpy outfit while preparing for a party tomorrow.
The influencer, who is no stranger to sprinkling her social media pages with bikini and underwear snaps, recently credited her flawless figure as being down to her doing ‘hot yoga four times a week’, adding that she ‘looks after herself with food’.
She also revealed she is sometimes mistaken for her 20-year-old daughter Connie’s sister, saying her eldest child ‘loves it but hates it as well’.
The star also opened up about her fiancé Martin Lowe, 47, who she met 11 years ago, gushing: ‘He makes me do stuff I wouldn’t normally do.’
Jenny shared that Martin has gotten her into not only cold water swimming, but also clean eating and once surprised her with a skydiving experience.
The two met around Christmas time in 2010, bumping into each other at Euston station.
As for her vices, Jenny admitted: ‘I don’t take my make-up off at night or drink as much water as I should [and] we have a naughty drawer, and I will buy crisps.’
She also noted that she is not a fan of rules and routines.
