Jimmy Fallon lists quirky six-bedroom five-bathroom triplex in New York’s Gramercy Park for $15M

He’s been broadcasting The Tonight Show from the family home in New York’s Suffolk Country during the COVID-19 pandemic.

And now Jimmy Fallon has listed his quirky and spacious penthouse triplex in New York City for sale for $15 million, People reported Thursday.

He and wife Nancy Juvoven snapped up four separate units in the Gramercy Park building over the years and remodeled them into one almost 5,000-square-foot residence.

Fallon is selling his city abode since he now resides at the family’s compound in Suffolk County, New York, due to the pandemic

There’s a sizable living room with Tiffany sofa and an in-ceiling projector.

The kitchen includes colorful pendant lights, a breakfast bar and upscale appliances.

A one-time recording studio now serves as a walk-in pantry and the triplex boasts stunning views over the park.

Fallon and Juvoven have two daughters Winnie and Frannie and they made sure to give them a special playroom accessed via a ‘secret door’ under the stairs.

The main suite on the top floor offers two walk-in closets as well as an adjoining bathroom with a steam shower and dual vanities while a soaking tub is situated in a separate room.

Fallon purchased his first apartment in the building, a one-bedroom, in 2002 for $850,000, according to the Wall Street Journal. 

Overall, the couple spent about $5.8 million on the five units they purchased. They intend to keep one unit for themselves.
