The location will perhaps have mixed emotions for the musician, as it was where he had plotted his failed run for Presidency – as well as a very tense reunion with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian following one of his outbursts on the campaign trail.
One of the alleged breaking points of their marriage, according to UsWeekly, was that West wanted his wife to move there ‘full time.’

‘Like, he goes and moves to a different state every year. I have to be, like, together so I can raise the kids. He’s an amazing dad, he’s done an amazing job.’

West had spoken about his big plans for the side, telling Zane Low in a 2019 interview that they were building farms there.
He revealed: ‘We’re building farms here because of the climate and because of the soil and hydroponic cotton, wheat, hemp and we’re developing our own fabrics so we’re going to go from seed to sew from the farming table so we can see the entire process.’
In November 2019, West bought a second Wyoming ranch, which was listed for $14.495million.
That ranch was situated on 6,713 acres, with a five-bedroom, four-bathroom main house, in addition to three cabins which can fit between four and six guests each.
That property is located just outside of Greybull, Wyoming, an area known for its striking natural landscapes.
It is not yet clear if West plans to sell that property too.
