The 40-year-old star, who is now dating toyboy Kris Boyson, branded the ex-stripper a "disgusting human being" in a shocking on-camera rant.
The eyebrow-raising scenes form part of her new reality TV show, My Crazy Life.
In it, she can be seen dissecting her failed relationship with her mother, Amy Price.

Referring to Kieran’s various infidelities, including friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas, Amy says: "How can he be a nice man if he’s done this [cheating] to you three times?"
Looking pensive, Katie replied: "He’s not. He’s a disgusting human being for it.
"Someone can cheat once, twice, but we’re on about three times. So basically our marriage, five years, has been him cheating."
Then when Amy asks why she tolerated it for so long, Katie says: "I plod along, don’t I. I’m not happy, well obviously I’m not happy.
That said, she does praise his paternal skills with children Jett, four, and Bunny, three.
"It’s confusing because Kieran is so nice, he’s so perfect in every way, but he’s got that side to him.
"He’s good with the kids."
However, Amy remains unconvinced, asking: "Aren’t dads meant to be doing that? Aren’t they supposed to be good with the kids?"
Glam Katie – who was accused of turning to cocaine and booze to help cope with her recent marriage breakdown – is currently in Thailand wit 29-year-old Boyson.
