Bad news: Katie Price has been hit with a repossession order for her £1.35million ‘mucky mansion’, according to a new report

The star could reportedly lose the home if she cannot get together the cash to pay off her debtors before a repossession hearing.

A Land Registry search for the property revealed to the newspaper that owner Katie owes money to both Kensington Mortgage Company and solicitor Archerfield Partners LLP.

A source told the publication: ‘Katie has failed to pay back the money she owes and her mortgage company had no option but to issue this order.

‘She was due to appear at a repossession hearing this week, but it will now most likely be rescheduled for a date in January.

‘This is a new low for Katie in what has been a difficult year.’

A representative for Katie has been contacted by MailOnline for a comment.

Katie crashed her BMW while double the drink-drive limit after leaving her home to allegedly hunt for drugs during an all-night alcohol and cocaine bender in September, and was subsequently arrested before pleading guilty in court.

Last month, Katie’s sentencing was deferred on the condition she would have treatment at The Priory, not commit any further offences, and be banned from driving in the interim.

Katie recently apologised for her actions in her drink-and-drug-fuelled crash, stating she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’.

A statement given by her family to the Sunday Mirror read: ‘Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions.

‘She knows they were wrong and apologises. Kate is deeply loved and she loves her family.

Wow! Earlier this week Katie showcased an incredibly glamorous new look as she returned to work for the first time since her court-ordered rehabilitation stint

‘We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.’

The star was told that her sentencing had been deferred for 11 weeks until December 15 to allow her to have treatment at The Priory and speak to the probation service.

Chair of the bench Julie Hutton told her she could leave but warned her against driving in the interim, saying: ‘You are free to go and good luck at the Priory.’

Katie could still face jail when she is sentenced in December. The model has no driving licence after being disqualified for two years in October 2019 – and has been banned from the roads six times in total.

The three charges were using a motor vehicle on a public place without third party insurance; driving while unfit to drive through drink; and driving while disqualified. Katie had been taken to hospital but is not thought to have been badly injured.

The star is mum to Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, who she shares with Peter Andre, as well as Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler and Harvey, 18, with Dwight Yorke.
