Khloe Kardashian gives intimate look at arrival of her baby son with Tristan Thompson

Khloé Kardashianhas given viewers an intimatelook into the birth of her second child, via surrogate, with exTristan Thompson, in the highly-anticipated second season of Hulu’s The Kardashians.

The episode includes actual footage from the birth, which took place on Thursday, July 28 2022 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Viewers also witnessed the emotional moment when Khloé could hold her newborn son for the first time.

Fans were shocked earlier this year when Khloé announced she was having a child with cheating ex Tristan, who hadfathered a child with another woman just six months prior .

It’s believed that this child was conceived while the NBA star was still in a relationship with Khloé.

The lead up to the birth begins withKim Kardashian making the journey to her sister Khloe's home after the surrogate goes into early labour.

As the pair make their way to the hospital together, Khloé confesses to her sister that she’s not sure she’s ready for this big step.

To which Kim reassures her, saying: “You're never ready, but you're ready.”

The sisters arrive at the hospital and are quickly ushered into the delivery room, where doctors can be heard telling the surrogate to push.

Kim, who has brought a camera with her to document the occasion, flashes the camera to Khloé, who pulls her mask down and puts her hands to her face.

And just moments later her newborn son can be heard crying as he enters the world.

Later, Kim can be heard commenting: “He looks just like True!”, referencing Khloé and Tristan’s four year old daughter.

Kim suggests that Khloé allow the baby’s father to come to the hospital, which she ultimately decides to do.

In a confessional Khloé says: “I've been on the fence about letting Tristan come to the hospital or not, but Tristan wants to be here so I just figured, why not let him come? I'll never get this moment back," she said in a confessional.

And speaking about the birth of her son, Khloe added: “I am so grateful. It's such a beautiful gift that we're able to have.

“Ever since December, it's been this dark cloud looming over me. Every single day, I've been feeling depressed and sad, and now that my son is here, I get to move on, and I get to enjoy. It's almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me.”

The Kardashians premieres every Thursday on Hulu and Disney+.
