Kim Kardashian underwent a haunting transformation in the first look at her appearance in the new teaser for the 12th season of American Horror Story, Delicate.
The 42-year-old reality star cradled a baby and donned a platinum wig for her gothic transformation in the trailer – which also features Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne.
In the 43-second teaser, the mom-of-four can be seen holding an infant as a creepy rendition of the lullaby, Rock-a-bye baby, played in the background.
After a series of creepy visuals flash across the screen, like an egg falling from bird’s nest and an empty crib swinging back and forth, the TV personality made direct eye contact with the camera.
The SKIMS founder rocked a pair of elbow-length black gloves, red lipstick, bleached eyebrows and extremely long fake eyelashes.

Last month, Kardashian announced her role in the series on social media, alongside another teaser trailer to her Instagram account.
The ominous clip did not picture Kim but it had eerie music with the words: ‘AHS12. Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate. This summer.’
The clip showed a hint of a women’s figure in the background, but it is unknown if it was supposed to represent her or Emma.
Kim did not disclose in what capacity or if she is playing herself, however The Hollywood Reporter revealed details soon after the star shared the announcement.

The outlet revealed that the show’s 12th season will be called Delicate, and will be based on Danielle Valentine’s upcoming novel called Delicate Condition.
The book is about a woman, who is convinced someone sinister is making sure her pregnancy doesn’t happen.
The publication also reported that the season will be written by Halley Feiffer, who will also serve as the showrunner.
In a statement to THR, AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy said: ‘Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.’
Adding: ‘Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.’
Emma previously starred on AHS from 2013 until 2019 during season three, season four, season seven and season eight; she played Madison Montgomery, Maggie Esmerelda, Serena Belinda, and Brooke Thompson.
