Lady Gaga is elegant in a black gown after MTV Unplugged taping

Lady Gaga looks elegant in a black off-the-shoulder gown as she dines with her parents… after taping a jazzy MTV Unplugged with Tony Bennett

She reunited with her friend and collaborator Tony Bennett for an evening’s worth of jazz standards.

And Lady Gaga celebrated her MTV Unplugged performance on Friday with the legendary singer by taking her family out to dinner afterward in New York City.

The 35-year-old singer and actress cast aside her more confrontational outfits in favor of a gorgeous black satin dress for a night on the town.

On the town: Lady Gaga, 35, stunned in a black satin dress as she celebrated her MTV Unplugged performance with Tony Bennett by taking her family to dinner in New York City

Gaga (given name: Stefani Germanotta) was glimpsed heading out of the swanky Ludlow Hotel, where she had dined with her family after the performance.

She put on a busty display in the plunging off-the-shoulder dress, which featured thick buttons running down her midriff.

Her dress had long, wrinkled sleeves and a voluminous skirt, and she paired it with classic black pumps.

The hit maker made a statement with a tiny black handbag styled like a mini briefcase, which read ‘Love for Sale’ in cursive on the front.

The bag reference the Cole Porter classic of the same name, which was first introduced on Broadway in 1930 and has since become an enduring number among pop singers and jazz musicians alike.

Gracious: Despite being a world-famous pop star and actress, Gaga paused after leaving the restaurant to sign some items for a fan who had camped out with memorabilia

It’s not yet known what songs she and Tony performed at their concert, but there’s a good chance they put their own spin on the timeless classic.

Gaga rounded out her look by tying her brunette tresses back in a bun while styling her bangs into a playful wave.

She wore a tasteful pale pink shade of lipstick and cat-eye makeup, and she added extra sparkle to her look with diamond-stud earrings.

Despite being a world-famous pop star and actress, Gaga still found time for her fans.

She paused after leaving the restaurant to sign some items for a fan who had camped out with memorabilia, including a photo of her and Tony.

Gaga was seen arriving at the hotel earlier while blocking out the sun with a classic pair of black cat-eye sunglasses.

She was accompanied by Michael Bearden, the keyboardist, conductor and composer who has served as her musical director since 2013.

He looked snazzy in a black pinstripe double-breasted blazer with peaked lapels, along with black leather pants.

Her MTV Unplugged performance, which is airing Friday night, was performed on a bittersweet note, as her duet partner Tony Bennett was revealed to have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2016 in an AARP profile from February.

The neurodegenerative disease is responsible for a majority of dementia cases and involves increasing memory loss, along with a diminishment of bodily functions.

Although affected people can live years with the disease, it is always fatal.

However, music and performing seem to be helping the legendary vocalist stave off the worst symptoms.

‘It kept him on his toes and also stimulated his brain in a significant way,’ Bennett’s neurologist Gayatri Devi told AARP.

‘He is doing so many things, at 94, that many people without dementia cannot do. He really is the symbol of hope for someone with a cognitive disorder.’

Sweet: Bennett’s wife confirmed that he was still able to recognize the Born This Way singer on BS This Morning in February. ‘Most definitely,’ she said with a laugh. ‘Gaga is hard to forget’

Tony’s wife Susan Benedetto, 54, revealed on CBS This Morning in February that Gaga was one of the people who they shared his diagnosis with before going public.

‘You know, Gaga is wonderful,’ she said.

Bennett’s wife also confirmed that he was still able to recognize the Born This Way singer.

‘Most definitely,’ she said with a laugh. ‘Gaga is hard to forget.’

The singers are set to release their second album of duets later this year, after releasing their hit album Cheek To Cheek in 2014.
