Lorraine Kelly has surprised fans as she has unveiled her real name while posing with her coronavirus vaccination card.
TV star Lorraine, 61, proudly posed while holding her coronavirus vaccine card to revealed to her Twitter fans that she had received the jab.
The photo shows Lorraine wearing a black face covering with the logo of her ITV show on while wearing a fluffy grey coat.
It is clear she is pleased to have received the jab, as you can see from her eyes that she is smiling.

As she shared the gorgeous image of herself on her Twitter page, she told her followers: “Vaccinated! So relieved! Easy peasy – didn’t feel a thing – thanks so much to all the cheery volunteers and NHS staff who made it SO simple!!
“Please please get vaccinated!! We are so lucky to have the opportunity Xxx”.
Many fans praised Lorraine for getting her jab, but some beady-eyed followers noticed her name written on the card was Lorraine Smith rather than Lorraine Kelly.
One wrote: “I had no idea your current surname was Smith!! My full name is Lauren Kelly & I’ve been called Lorraine Kelly (or LK today!!!) my entire life, my partners surname is Smith so I may also end up a smith one day. Twinning”.
To which the TV presenter, who recently explained her Laura Whitmore baby blunder, joked: “I am your evil twin!”
Another follower made a jibe as they wrote: “Lorraine Smith lol how original”.
Lorraine responded as she bluntly explained: “Smith is my married name”.
TV star Lorraine, who recently shared plans to get naughty tattoo on her bottom, was born with the maiden name Kelly.
She married her TV cameraman husband Steve Smith in 1992 and the couple have a daughter named Rosie.
It comes after Lorraine recently revealed she proposed to her husband.
Speaking on during a link from Good Morning Britain to her show in February, Lorraine confessed: “Do you know what? I think I asked! I think it was me! Isn't that awful. I can't really remember it.

“But I'm sure I was sitting one night and I said, ‘Do you know what? I think we should.’ It was one of those.
“It wasn't very romantic! But actually that doesn't matter.”
Kate Garraway then joked: “I like the fact that he's well-trained and does what he's told from the get-go.”
Lorraine laughed and added: "Yes, yes dear."
