EXCLUSIVE: Love Island runners-up Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran move into £1million Essex mansion once owned by Henry VIII and close by to co-stars Millie and Liam’s new pad

Love Island runners-up Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran have moved into a £1million Victorian mansion conversion in Essex once owned by King Henry VIII.

The reality couple, who missed out on winning the ITV dating show to Millie Court, 24, and Liam Reardon, 22, will be living just a stone’s throw away from their former co-stars after they moved into a £1million Elizabethan property last week.

Chloe, 26, joked the pair’s two-bedroom apartment has ‘so much room for activities’ as herself and Toby celebrated moving in together for the first time with a bottle of champagne on Monday.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Chloe and Toby are so happy to be settling down together in Essex.

‘This is the first time Toby has lived away from home and with a girlfriend, so it’s a big step for him and them both as a couple.

‘It’ll be a real test to their relationship but they’re up for the challenge and can’t wait to celebrate Christmas together in their new place.

‘Chloe and Toby knew they would be living nearby to Millie and Liam, which is only a good thing, because they’re all still close friends.’

The property, which was once in the possession of King Henry VII, dates back to the 13th century and is a Grade II listed Victorian mansion.

Chloe and Toby’s apartment conversion boasts two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a grand staircase, which leads to the entrance of their home.

They won’t have to worry about sharing bathrooms, as the couple’s new abode has two, as well as a dressing room, and ample space.

It is set within 10-acre grounds, which provides them with idyllic views of a nearby lake, and access to a tennis court.

Chloe shared a photo of boyfriend Toby sat cross-legged on the floor of one of their living rooms while watching TV.

She captioned the image: ‘So much room for activities’ as the couple admired their new home after waiting two months before moving in together.
