‘I feel like a Bratz doll’: Love Island’s Hannah Elizabeth reveals the shocking results of her facial surgery after travelling to Turkey for the procedure
Hannah Elizabeth took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to reveal the shocking results of her brand new facial surgery.
The model, 32, who shot to fame during Love Island’s first series in 2015, headed to Istanbul, Turkey for the procedure and claimed to be ‘obsessed’ with her Bratz doll like appearance.
Hannah reassured her followers that she was ‘very swollen’ as she showed off her bruised and bandaged face.

The reality star pouted her plump lips for the camera with surgical tape stuck over her eyelids writing: ‘ Day 1 I feel like a Bratz I’m obsessed’.
Bratz dolls are toys, made by Barbie creators Mattel, who sport exaggerated eyes and lips.
Despite the bruising the star gushed: ‘Couldn’t of asked for more, exactly what I wanted I’m made up’ [sic].

Her post read: ‘Day 2 Extreme swelling today and lots of sleeping’.
She later went on to to praise her surgeons before filming herself walking around the ward in her surgical stockings.
Hannah also revealed she was undergoing a breast augmentation during her time in the hospital.

She shared snaps of herself wearing a post-surgery corset after explaining she had decided to go up a significant size.
Hannah also posted a selfie from her bed before the operation writing: ‘Pre Op. So excited for today . Already being looked after by the lovely team here @comfortzonesurgeryofficial @serenecosmetic_ ‘.

No stranger to surgery Hannah Elizabeth showed of the painful-looking after effects of her rhinoplasty on Instagram earlier this year.
The star once more jetted to Turkey to have her nose done and posted pictures of herself with bruised skin and bandages on her face.
Despite still recovering from the procedure, Hannah said she ‘couldn’t be happier from what I can already see’ with her new ‘pixie nose’, saying with her ‘nose bestie’ who appeared to have had the same surgery in a video: ‘New year, new nose b******.’
Sharing a picture of herself as she lay in bed after going under the knife, Hannah wrote: ‘Day after op. Recovering from my rhinoplasty with @comfortzonesurgeryofficial @serenecosmetic_.
