Love Island’s Millie and Liam excitedly shop for first home together with massive Ikea Haul

Liam Reardon and Millie Gracecourt have enjoyed reaching the new stage of their relationship; visiting Ikea together.

After winning Love Island this past summer, the pair have now moved into a new Essex flat and marked the occasion with a trip to the home décor store.

Liam looked excited as he gave his 1 million followers a look into their shop visit in a video uploaded to Instagram Stories.

"Guess where we are?" Millie is heard saying in the clip.

Hoping to reveal all with Ikea’s signature big yellow sign, Liam had to make do with the ‘Welcome’ sign after not being able to find it he explained in the video.

The trip was clearly a big deal for the loved-up pair and they seemed amped to get going – but before doing so, they decided to fuel up with Ikea’s classic meatball dish.

As Millie tucked in, Liam is seen in the clip trying to persuade her to leave without paying once she finished eating, to her shock.

"Anyone else used to eat all the meatballs in school before you get to the end of the cue so you wouldn't pay?" the Welsh reality star captioned the video.

The 22-year-old moved on with his girlfriend to the interior shopping portion of their visit after eating, showing themselves in another clip looking at towels in the store.

“Who knew buying towels would be so hard," Liam said irritated as he filmed. Millie, however was seen to be in her element as she looked for her favourite colour and material.

The 24-year-old also gave her 1.8 million followers insight into the trip, posting a boomerang of Liam jumping up excitedly during their visit.

“Our first home shop done," she captioned.

By the end of their Ikea spree, the couple had filled up their trollies with goods to bring back to their new joint Essex pad.

This comes days after Liam exclusively spoke to OK! at the Pride of Britain awards about his plans to move in with Millie.

"It's crazy. Before, I was living in Wales and now I've got a girlfriend and live in Essex. It's all very different, I'm taking everything in my stride,” he said.

“It's different. Obviously, I haven't got my family and friends but Millie is my family so that's what I've got now. It's a lot different but I'm adjusting now.

"We found our apartment, we're moving in next week, we've got the keys. So, it's all exciting and I can't wait for what's to come."
