The stunning 44-year-old reality television personality – who is seven months pregnant – cradled her growing bump as she counts down to her due date with her fourth child -with the star detailing her terrifying experience having fetal surgery to save her unborn son’s life last month.
Kardashian, who will welcome her baby boy with husband Travis Barker, posed in a beautiful black and white snapshot, which saw the star wowing in a black bra.
She was draped in a sheer black veil and sported smoky eye makeup for the shot.
In a candid chat with the publication the star also said she was unprepared for the fear of rushing into surgery due to her three ‘really easy’ past pregnancies.

Parents: In a candid chat with the publication the star revealed it was ‘God’s plan’ for her and husband Travis Barker to conceive after an IVF battle
A teaser for the interview shared on Instagram read: ‘After two years of trying, she became pregnant naturally at 44 years old.
‘And to those who criticize pregnancy at her age, Kourtney Kardashian Barker replies, “Those comments don’t affect me. I just say: how could you question God’s plan? Because that’s how I see this pregnancy, which came when both Travis and I weren’t even thinking about it anymore and a year after we stopped IVF.”‘
The star also reflected on her baby’s health scare last month, saying: ‘It was terrifying. I feel that sooner or later I will go into detail because I hope that it could help others, but I don’t feel ready yet because it was really frightening.’
Last month when Kourtney documented the ordeal online, she shared a black and white photo of her and Barker holding hands.
Along with it was a heartfelt caption: ‘I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.
‘I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.’
Within the profile, Kardashian revealed the restrictions her latest pregnancy has brought on, including sex.

She shared that her doctors advised, ‘No workouts, no Pilates, no caffeine and no plane trips. Even no sex! adding, ‘I think all this caution made me a little afraid because, in the past, I never had to be so careful.’
Kourtney announced in June that she is expecting a baby with Travis, with whom she tied the knot last year.
She dropped the bombshell during a Blink-182 concert, standing in the audience and holding up a sign that read: ‘TRAVIS I’M PREGNANT’ – a mischievous nod to a similar scene in the music video for the band’s song All The Small Things.
The news came over a year after Kourtney ended her IVF journey, which had subjected her to an onslaught of health issues, including depression.
On an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians at the time, Kourtney shared that she ‘took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.’
She also admitted, ‘We would love a baby more than anything but I just really believe in what God has in store for us.’
She also spilled that she had ‘seven frozen eggs from years ago before Travis’ – a step she had taken when she was nearing the age of 40.
‘When I was 38 or 39 everyone was like, pushing me to do that and most of mine didn’t survive the thaw because eggs are one cell and none of them made it to an embryo,’ the eldest Kardashian sister said.
‘All the things that came with IVF took a toll on me physically. My health is still impacted because it’s hormones. And also mentally it took a toll,’ she said.
‘So, I think just being happy is most important and being a good parent to my kids. We are just embracing that whatever is meant to be will be.’
