The nail-biting semi-final saw Craig, 56, and Motsi, 40, clash after the choreographer exposed the other judges for expressing doubt over contestant Rhys Stephenson.
After watching a VT, Craig argued that he was the only one to see potential in Rhys, telling Tess Daly and the audience: ‘You should have heard, actually, what they said that wasn’t on the camera.
‘I could repeat it now, but I won’t. Just saying.’
However Motsi didn’t take too kindly to Craig revealing all, calling him ‘naughty’ before adding: ‘You are not invited anymore in the room!’

Meanwhile, it’s been reportedly that Motsi, who joined Strictly in 2019, has signed on the dotted line to return to the show in 2022.
A source told The Sun: ‘Motsi has been a brilliant addition and a hit with fans. She has an amazing dance knowledge and loads of energy. She always brings her A-game.’
MailOnline have contacted Motsi’s representatives for comment.
Motsi, who was forced to miss a show last month after being pinged by the NHS app, travels weekly to London for the show from her home in Germany, where she lives with husband Evgenij Voznyuk and their three-year-old daughter.
And while show bosses have made up their mind on Motsi, it’s said that they’re split over whether to dump Anton Du Beke and bring Bruno Tonioli back to the Strictly panel.
She’ll be back: Meanwhile, it’s been reportedly that Motsi, who joined Strictly in 2019, has signed on the dotted line to return to the show in 2022
Anton was brought in as a judge on a temporary basis after Bruno stood down from the role because Covid restrictions meant he could not appear both on the show and its US version, Dancing With The Stars.
He had previously flown between Los Angeles and England for the two programmes.
Sources at the BBC say that his decision to choose the role in the States, which is understood to pay him in the region of £800,000 rather than the £250,000 he was getting for his Strictly duties, means that some chiefs think their loyalty should lie with Anton.
They also fear that Anton might quit the show, which he has appeared on as a professional dancer since its inception, if he is axed from the judging panel.
Torn: while show bosses have made up their mind on Motsi, it’s said that they’re split over whether to dump Anton Du Beke and bring Bruno Tonioli back to the Strictly panel
However, others view Bruno as a Strictly superstar who is both adored and missed by the show’s ten million viewers.
An insider told The Mail on Sunday: ‘The BBC are in a real quandary here. Anton has been so loved and such a pro, so it seems wrong to get rid of him. It seems disloyal, but then it was Bruno’s job.
‘It would be going a bit far to suggest there is a row going on, but there is certainly much divided opinion over what they want for next year’s show.’
