If you’ve got a feline friend in your life then we may have found just the pet accessory for you.

Introducing Aldi’s hanging egg chair, made especially for cats, which not only looks super comfy but will also be a great place to snap photos of your furry pal.

The unique chair has been made as a cat-sized version and will give your moggie the opportunity to take it easy in a suspended egg – now there’s a sentence you thought you’d never read.

The chair comes as part of Aldi’s new Eco Pet range, which features various goodies your dog or cat will love.

As well as the cat-friendly version of Aldi’s sell-out hanging egg chair, the supermarket has also introduced recycled dog toys, bamboo pet bowls and even a cat igloo!

The epic cat egg chair has been crafted out of hand-woven natural wicker and it balances in a strong metal frame, meaning your feline friend will be snug and secure.

You could also add cushions to keep them extra comfy, and if we’ve piqued your interest then why not head online and buy one from May 23.

There’s just a matter of days to wait until the chair becomes available online, which is the only way to get your hands on one, and it’ll sell for £34.99.

And if the Aldi human egg chair is anything to by then you might want to act fast when it comes to getting your hands on one for your cat.

The rattan hanging chair for humans, which is a favourite of Mrs Hinch and Stacey Solomon’s, actually sold out in minutes.

Thousands queued virtually to get their hands on the coveted chair, following the recent ease in lockdown restrictions.

It went on sale at 8 am, but by 8:15 am the chair was already sold out.

More than 200,000 people had joined the queue to get on to the site, according to Birmingham live.
