Today’s horoscope focuses on the 12th sign of the zodiac, Pisces the Fish. The Moon has entered this sign today and that means the Moon and Sun are now in conjunction. In astrological terms, a conjunction occurs whenever two celestial bodies take up a position in the same zodiac sign.

Conjunctions are said to facilitate a good flow of energies from the sign they are in.

And when the Sun and Moon are in conjunction, we witness a darkened New Moon in our skies.

Strictly in astronomical terms, the New Moon will not peak until 10.21am GMT on Saturday, March 13.

But the Moon’s energies are already all around you will want to pay attention to what your horoscope says.

New Moons mark the end of one lunar cycle and the start of the next one.

Symbolically, this represents a time plant new seeds and dreams in hopes of seeing the blossom two weeks from now on the Full Moon.

Look deep inside today then look to the future – the Moon represents the internal sphere of your life while the Sun exemplifies all that is external.

According to astrologer Debra Silverman of Debra Silverman Astrology, Thursday, Friday and Saturday give you an opportunity to settle down and be quiet.

She said: “Pisces is the most evolved sign, it’s the last sign of the zodiac – it completes the circle.

“And included in that Pisces energy they talk about things like past lives, like the Akashic records, like tarot cards, like chakras.

“Like all the things you can’t prove including astrology, Pisces are mystified by the magical world.

“Well that would make sense, that finalizing this entire incarnation as a human going through all the spiral of growth, you’d end up in Pisces where you realised there’s only one of us here.”

And the Moon is not alone, because there is a total of four planets in Pisces today.

You are looking at the Moon, Venus, Neptune and the Sun all in conjunction.

All of this Pisces energy combines into a “dreaming voice and mystical door” that would guide anyone born today.

According to Ms Silverman, this energy gives you permission to step outside of the box.

She said: “Pisces floats. They get a bad rap cause they’re late and they forget their name, and sometimes they’re really worried about things.”

But there are two distinct kinds of Pisces, much like the fish swimming in opposing directions.

One the one hand, Pisces thrive when organising everything around them.

On the other hand, some of them just float around in the dream world.

Ms Silverman added: “You can’t generalise Pisces, especially during a Full Moon. It’s time to go in you guys.”
