A social media user has garnered praise on social media after hitting out at trolls who criticize her imperfections and expect her to cover them up at the gym.
The “body confidence” influencer used her platform to remind others that revealing body imperfections at the gym for the sake of your comfort is perfectly acceptable.
Elizabeth Sanders has racked up more than 4.7 million likes on TikTok since sharing important messages about body image and confidence.
The mother of three was recently flooded with compliments after bringing up the sensitive topic of body image in a clip that went viral with more than 10,000 likes.
The content creator made her point by listing several body “imperfections” that she refuses to cover up while doing her workouts in public.

These include back rolls, cellulite, wobbly bits, squishy tummy, hip dips, and her extra weight, Elizabeth explained in her clip.
Meanwhile, the influencer is seen in the background removing an oversized t-shirt as she prepares to work out in a matching pair of shorts and bra.
Viewers raced to the comments to communicate their appreciation for the clip, which was posted with the message “Sharing what most fitness influencers won’t show.”
Elizabeth was thanked by countless women for touching on the stigma around body imperfections, and the pressure to conceal them at the gym.
“Thank you for keeping it real,” wrote one person in the comments, which was followed by several more thank yous from other viewers.
“Total respect to you,” wrote a second person.
Another person wrote: “A real woman right there, making me feel like a normal woman right here.”
Some trolls still chose to infiltrate the comments and leave negative remarks, however, with one writing: “Why are u showing your body? U think its nice to show??”
“It’s sad what happens to the female body,” wrote another, while a third person said: “You’re eating too much carbs, ditch them and your cellulite will disappear.
