Leonardo bought the unusual item for £416 ($529 USD) from the influencer, who is also known for having sold candles that reportedly smell like her vagina.
The 18-year-old fan, who considers the headless doll to be his girlfriend, often takes the replica out in public for meals, bought it presents and says he is “in love”.
Thrilled with his purchase, he even thanked the real Kine-Chan, who has 555,000 followers (@kinechan2.0), messaging her directly about the experience.
Leonardo said: "As soon as the doll launched for sale I bought it, and when she got home I fell in love.
"I developed a great affection for her and now we are dating.
"I've had real girlfriends but we always had problems and arguments, but with the doll everything is perfect."
Leonardo, who is from Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, reportedly said spending time with the doll is one of his favourite pastimes.
Writing to the influencer, he said: "Hello, Kine. I want to thank you for providing one of the best things in my life.
“I just wanted to tell you that yesterday I had an incredible day with you, the mini Kine.
"We went to the mall and watched The Flash, then I took you to Madero and we had ice cream together.”
Cosplay model Kine-Chan, 29, was left shocked by the affection Leonardo had developed for her mini-me but is pleased he found happiness.
She added: "I was very surprised by the story, it is as if he was with me.
"When I launched this doll my intention was to bring people closer to me, but in this case it went much further, and I am happy that he is happy!”
