A woman has been slammed after she admitted she spent $12,000 (£9,222) in just one weekend for Californian festival, Coachella.
Influencer Polina Nioly Pushkarerva has received mixed reactions on TikTok after she revealed how much she spent over one weekend to attend the popular American music event.
The 25-year-old, who is a “movie producer, actor, millionaire and immigrant” according to her bio, often shares her frivolous lifestyle with her 149,000 TikTok followers and 1.2 million Instagram fans.
And in a recent clip that has racked up 2.4 million views, Polina has exposed how much Coachella weekend cost her – and it is certainly an eye-watering amount.
As the blonde beauty grinned she wore a red bucket hat and some thick framed cat eye sunglasses as she donned natural makeup with a pink lip.
She sported a cream satin cowl neck dress and finished her look with a silver necklace and a designer Louis Vuitton bag.
Polina wrote in the clip: “How much does Coachella weekend cost me?”
The influencer shared that her business class flight from New York City to Los Angeles cost her $2,600 (£1,997) and spent a further $1,800 (£1,382) on a rental car.
With her travel expenses already having set her back thousands of pounds, Polina spent a further $1,500 (£1,152) on outfits from a stylist so she can look Insta-ready at the festival.
And of course, the influencer forked out $1,100 (£844) for VIP passes to the festival.
According to Coachella’s official website, the up-market tickets come with: “Specialty food & drink vendors, air-conditioned restrooms, shaded seating areas and full cash bar.”
For just three nights, Polina spent $1300 (£998) for a hotel room so she could rest her head in luxury away from the option many take to camp.
Polina then excused her spending as she claimed: “Harry Styles is priceless.”
The beauty shared that it was her second year attending the festival that featured a line up of Harry Styles, Billie Eilish and Doja Cat.
Polina admitted that she didn’t splash as much money last time she attended, which was back in 2019.
She shared in the comments: “By the way in 2019 I went to Coachella as well and did it on the low budget. Had absolutely the same level of fun. And I think that VIP pass [isn’t] worth it.”
Supportive of Polina’s choice, many people fled to the comments to praise her spending and claimed that they aspired to be that rich.

However, others were left in shock about how much she spent in just one weekend at the music festival and slammed her for her decision.

Someone else slammed: “Some people… this is no way to spend 12k.”
Another user criticised: “The kids working at McDonald’s watching a summary of their whole annual salary spent on a three day trip.”

And, this user pointed out : “For that price I might as well go to the Maldives.”
Polina hit back and claimed: “Thank god I can go to both without choosing.”
