Virgos are one of the three air signs, which means they’re the perfect match for someone who needs to be kept grounded. Whether you’re single or in a relationship this Valentine’s Day, Virgo, you’re not going to be doing anything too dramatic. Express.co.uk chatted to astrologer, cosmic coach, crystal healer and founder of the Moon Child Sorority, Bex (@cosmic_cures on Instagram) to hear her Virgo Valentine’s Day 2021 predictions.

Virgos need a real connection with someone before they become serious.

Bex said: “Virgo might be known as ‘the Virgin’, and while you’re not all sweetness and light, there is a wholesomeness about you that makes you appealing.

“As an Earth sign ruled by Mercury, you love an interesting conversation and can have your head turned by those with the gift of the gab – however, empty words or disingenuous remarks are quickly noticed by your nimble mind and you’ll immediately lose interest.

“It takes a little longer to woo you than the more impulsive signs, but once someone has made a deep connection with you you’re sold and are all about dedication.”

Virgos are professional list-makers, easily whittling down what matters and what is unimportant.

This is great when it comes to prioritising in your day to day life, but it means you can be too picky in love.

Bex said: “The thing about Virgos is that you have very high standards – both of yourself and your partner.

“You can get super critical, especially when tired or anxious (another Virgo trait!) so be careful not to find fault for the sake of it.

“If you’re dating a Virgo then the key is to make them feel secure, gently ask them if they’re okay and give them space when they need it.”

If you want to be with a Virgo, you’ll need to be patient and persistent.

Bex said: “Keen to get together with a Virgo? Don’t rush them. They can be cautious and self-confessed ‘commitment-phobes’ in relationships.

“They’re not into flashy signs of devotion, so that giant teddy bear or a huge bunch of flowers won’t do it for them.

“Instead, be genuine and show that you value their talents.

“They also love intellectual stimulation, so show up with an opinion and tickle their brain cells, and they’ll be putty in your hands.”

Single Virgos aren’t too fussed about lovey-dovey stuff this Valentine’s Day, instead you’ll be focussed on your career and other priorities.

Bex said: “If you’re single this Valentine’s Day you’ll feel very content at work and like everything is moving along at exactly the pace it’s supposed to.

“This could result in some romance and flirtations with teammates, but to be honest love’s not a priority right now.”

Taken Virgos won’t feel like making a big deal out of Valentine’s Day this year either.

Bex said: “If you’re in a relationship this Valentine’s Day, make sure your schedules aren’t clashing and ensure you’re making time for each other.

“Can you take up a hobby or exercise together that ensures you spend quality, productive time together?”
