A woman who transformed into a 'goth Barbie' after losing weight hit back at trolls that say she's not the 'same' person.
Miss Dolly May decided to go under the knife for bariatric surgery to aid her with her weight loss journey – and has now lost a whopping 7st.
Along with hitting the gym twice a day for six days of the week and sticking to a healthy diet, the stunner opted to get a tummy tuck and boob job after shedding the pounds.

After she worked her "a*se off" to transform her looks and lifestyle, tattooed Dolly May – also known as Goth Barbie – looks totally unrecognisable.
But that has left some people questioning if she is a different person altogether.
In a now viral TikTok clip, she revealed what she looked like when 7st heavier. She had a fuller figure which she showed off in a black bra, high waisted leggings and wore little to no makeup.
Fast forward to now and Dolly May transformed her looks beyond recognition as she now sports a more petite shape where she posed in a figure hugging dress that accentuated her new figure.
"Looks like 2 different people," one sneered when commenting on the clip. Another jibed: "Not the same person."
While a third trolled: "She got taller too!!!!"
But the self-proclaimed gothic Barbie was having none of it so took to the comments herself to defend her transformation.
"I’m wearing 7in heels in the second pic, converse in the first," Dolly May revealed.
"Did I really do that good that people don’t believe it’s me?
"I’m flattered."
Many others rushed to the beauty's defence and showered her with compliments instead.
One person commented: "You are beautiful either way but DANG girl look at the Glow-up!
"You're STUNNING!
A second said: "The trolls don't deserve a response."
Someone else praised: "Wow!!
"That’s a hell of a transformation!"
