The Queen is set to pay tribute to her late husband Prince Philip in an upcoming documentary.

More than a dozen Royal Family members, including Her Majesty, will come together to share their thoughts on the Duke of Edinburgh.

Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembers was originally created to mark Philip’s 100th birthday.

The producers were granted access inside Buckingham Palace and got a glimpse of his study, private office, and library.

The BBC said in a statement: “There are poignant recollections, plenty of humour and numerous fresh insights into the character and legacy of this royal pioneer.

“With special access to the Queen’s private cine-film collection, this film is an unrivalled portrait of a man with a unique place in royal history – by those who knew him best.”

The documentary will air at 9pm on Wednesday, September 22.

The Queen and Philip’s four children – Prince Charles, Andrew, Edward and Anne – are all set to contribute.
