She loves an adventure, often sharing snaps from her days out exploring the countryside and going on walks.
And Carol Vorderman revealed that she’d had a fabulous day and was now ‘hooked’ on a new activity after trying paddleboarding for the first time in Wales on Tuesday.
The Countdown star, 60, looked incredible as she flaunted her curves in a skin-tight wetsuit and shared beaming selfies to Instagram after her morning on the water.

Carol slipped into the figure-hugging ensemble which featured a zip over her ample bust and a short-sleeved black T-shirt.
She added a pair of stylish shades to keep the sun out of her eyes and wore her brunette tresses down for the exciting outing.
The beauty appeared to be a natural on the paddleboard and exuded confidence as she made her way across the water with some pals.
In a slew of snaps from the early morning adventure, Carol could be seen smiling for selfies and later chatting to her two friends, with one sitting in a canoe.

Alongside her pictures, Carol penned: ‘Living the dream…..first time paddleboarding today. Absolutely hooked now.
‘We kicked off at 7am…high tide in the harbour #Wales #Warm #WithMyMates…went around the headland….just the most perfect piece of paradise.
‘Stopped on a desolate beach and back hours later for breakfast.
‘So be warned when you come and stay, I’ve bought TWO blow up boards from @fatstickboards and you’re coming with me.’

Earlier this month Carol discussed how she took a break from her prestigious TV career to focus on her health, after contracting Covid.
She said she was finding her commitments ‘unpleasant’ as she battled Covid.
In an interview, Carol said she was left feeling bloated and ‘beyond tired’ from her hectic schedule last year.
Carol told The Mirror: ‘I’m not that bothered about being on the telly any more. I worked my butt off last year and I don’t want to do it any more.’
She said having a hectic schedule filming The Maths Factor, various TV shows including Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel, and making new books caused her to feel burnt out.

Carol added: ‘I found lockdown difficult – like everybody. By last Christmas I was bloated and not well. Tired beyond tired, and I was finding filming not pleasant.
‘In January I said to my agent, “I’m just not doing that any more. I don’t see the point. I’m going to concentrate on my health”, so that’s what I’ve been doing.’
Carol is best known for co-hosting the game show Countdown for 26 years from 1982 until 2008.
Her lasting success on the show led to her becoming one of the highest-paid TV women in Britain, ultimately earning her an estimated £1million per year.
She also went on to anchor Loose Women and appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and I’m A Celebrity. Carol was also a guest host on Lorraine.
