The workouts are less stressful, added Aniston.
‘I’ve been motivated to work out in a way I haven’t been in years. I look for- ward to the challenging classes and I feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I’m doing it. It’s different every time, I don’t think I’ve had the same class twice.’
She also touched on loving medicine.
‘I’ve always found it fascinating. There was a period when my dad went to medical school, when acting slowed down for him, which is why we moved to Greece when I was five or six.
‘So I had a doctor/actor (LOL) in the house who introduced me to the world of medicine and research.
‘We would sit and watch medical programs during dinner. Even like micro surgeries—not what you would normally want to watch during suppertime.’
That’s where the interest ‘sparked.’
‘I am always grateful to the science and medical community who advance our knowledge of the human body, our health, and how we can continue to thrive as we age,’ she added.
CR Fashion Book Issue 23 and CR Men Issue 17 will be available on newsstands October 3.
