Wow! Kim Kardashian sizzled as she posed up a storm in a series of stunning photographs and spoke candidly about accepting her imperfections as she hit out at critics of her 21lbs weight loss

Speaking to Allure magazine, Kim opened up about accepting her imperfections, saying that although she still ‘strives’ to be perfect, she is at peace with herself.

She also candidly revealed that she ‘hates’ her hands and opened up about Botox and fillers, saying she has never had fillers but admitted to having Botox in her forehead.

Kim insisted that she she currently doesn’t have any filler in her lips or cheeks, before adding: ‘Never filled either one, ever.’

Speaking about how she has been working on accepting herself, Kim explained that she now considers her health to be more important than anything else.

Kim continued: ‘I’m at peace with not being perfect and I wasn’t like that before, I hate my hands — they’re wrinkly and gross.’

She said she cares about looking good more than ’90 per cent’ of people would and said she spends her evenings doing her beauty regime and laser treatments, even after a busy day looking after her four kids – North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three.

The Kardashians star also went on to hit out at the backlash she received for losing 16 pounds in just three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress from when she sang Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy in 1962.

Kim recently broke her silence on the Met Gala transformation, comparing it to that of Christian Bale’s extreme weight loss for his role in The Machinist.

And she has once again compared her weight loss to that of an actor preparing for a role, saying performers are not criticised for losing weight for jobs but are instead considered ‘geniuses’.

Looks: Kim also candidly revealed that she ‘hates’ her hands and opened up about Botox and fillers, insisting that she has never had fillers but admitting to having Botox in her forehead

Kim, who has now lost 21lbs in total, said she would have understood the backlash if she had lost the weight in an ‘unhealthy’ way, but she insisted she worked with a nutritionist and a trainer to achieve her goal.

‘I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,’ she added.

Kim also stressed the importance of being yourself as she spoke about competing with beauty standards seen on TV or in magazines, as she claimed if she was achieving goals then they were ‘attainable’ for others.

Kim put on a show-stopping display in other glamorous shots for the magazine, capturing attention in a nude knitted bodysuit with a plunged neckline, matching gloves and silver stilettos.

She opted for a slick of white eyeliner and styled her floor-length blonde extensions in glamorous waves – in a look styled by Chris Appleton – as she posed up a storm on a silver mirrored podium.

In another picture, she cut an edgy figure in a black pencil skirt and a corset-style strapless top, while the ensemble also featured a dramatic gold neckline.

Kim also wrapped herself in her platinum locks for a close-up shot, where she opted for a dramatic winged eyeliner effect and a touch of glittering eyeshadow by Mario Dedivanovic.

A final photograph saw the bombshell posing on a slim silver podium, with two men standing beside her on a ladder, holding her plaited locks in the air.

Backlash: The Kardashians star also went on to hit out at the backlash she received for losing 16 pounds in just three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress, insisting she lost the weight in a healthy way

Kim sported a strapless black gown that accentuated her enviable curves while large gold metallic strands also flowed out from the neckline.

Her latest comments on body image come days after Kim broke her silence on her Met Gala weight loss and compared it to that of Christian Bale’s extreme weight loss for his role in The Machinist.

Chatting to The New York Times, Kim shared that she lost the weight through diet, a sauna suit and running twice a day and explained: ‘I didn’t do anything unhealthy’.

Christian Bale famously lost almost five stone for his role in movie The Machinist, with Kim revealing she doesn’t see a difference with her own transformation.

‘OK, Christian Bale can do it for a movie role and that is acceptable,’ she quipped.

Referencing Renée Zellweger’s weight gain to play her eponymous role in the Bridget Jones’ Diary movie, Kim continued: ‘Even Renée Zellweger gained weight for a role. It’s all the same to me. I wasn’t saying, ‘Hey everyone, why don’t you go lose this weight in a short period of time?”

Back in the day: Marilyn Monroe wore the gown when she sang Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy in 1962

Showing just how much fitting into the dress meant to her, when asked what would have happened if she hadn’t reached her weight goal, she replied: ‘I just simply couldn’t have gone, which wouldn’t have mattered, It was just important to me to reach that goal.’

The dress was bought at auction by Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum chain, with no adjustments allowed to be made to the original gown.

Kim previously revealed that to lose the weight and fit into the dress, she would wear a sauna suit twice a day, run on the treadmill, completely cut out all sugar and all carbs, and eat ‘clean’ vegetables and protein.

But the Hulu star came under an immense amount of criticism for the diet, with many branding it ‘unhealthy’ – including actress Lily Reinhart, who said Kim’s ‘ignorance is other-worldly and disgusting’.

However, the star’s personal trainer,  Don ‘DB’ Brooks, hit back at trolls and explained that it ‘wasn’t like starving yourself’, noting that she ‘put the work in’.

‘So I mean I was there through the process, so it wasn’t like a starving yourself type of thing. I mean she went on a real balanced diet and at times, you know, she wouldn’t eat as much. But then the second thing was she was in the gym and put the work in.’
