EXCLUSIVE: Love Island’s Whitney brands Ella the most ‘selfish’ person she’s ever met as the pair engage in nasty row during tonight’s show
Whitney Adebayo brands co-star Ella Thomas the most ‘selfish’ person she’s ever met in tonight’s episode of Love Island.
The Islanders engaged in a heated exchange after taking part in the challenge ‘Couple Goals’, where contestants were asked to vote for who they believe have the least sexual chemistry, are the most unlikely pairing and act smug.
In the aftermath of the task, Whitney refused to hold back and gave Ella a piece of her mind, telling the Scottish model, ‘I have never met a selfish person like you.’
Quick to react, Ella replied, ‘That is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard’ but Whitney reminded her fellow Islander, ‘You know I only tell the truth.’
Keen to vocalise that she believed Whitney went too far with her remark, Ella said: ‘You actually think you’re family the way you speak to me and it’s not okay.’

Tensions start to rise between the Islanders, with Whitney telling Ella some home truths and it doesn’t go down well
Tyrique Hyde, who’s coupled up with Ella, told Whitney she had made the wrong decision after dumping Kady McDermott and Ouzy See from the villa
Their argument was sparked by Ella going to use the one shower in the villa despite Whitney saying she had been waiting to use the bathroom next.
Whitney said: ‘Ella, are you being serious? I’ve been waiting.’
Later, as the evening progressed, Ella approached Whitney for a chat to address the tension between them.
Ella said: ‘I want to get this off my chest because I don’t want to give it energy, but it actually upset me when you called me selfish in the dressing room.
‘It really upset me because I wouldn’t speak to my friend like that. I feel like that was coming for my character.’
Putting Ella in her place, Whitney responded: ‘I wasn’t joking Ella. Sometimes you do have selfish tendencies.’

Elsewhere, Tyrique told Ella that he loved her for the first time, explaining that he wasn’t even sure he could have such strong feelings for someone until he came on the show.
The couple have been tested throughout the series due to Tyrique’s flirtatious nature and Ella bringing back Ouzy from Casa Amor.
Producers also recruited bombshell Ella B to tempt Tyrique away from partner Ella after the two recently shared a romance on the outside.
