The $6million waterfront mansion that rocker Phil Collins’s ex-wife Orianne Cevey bought with her boytoy third husband is now in foreclosure amid their bitter divorce battle, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Jewelry designer Orianne, 49, has been desperate to sell the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom pad she bought in 2021 since last September and has now knocked its price down $2million to $8.48million.

The foreclosure of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida home is revealed in a new financial affidavit filed in her bizarre 18-month divorce battle with estranged spouse Tom Bates, 33, who she met while he was working as a male escort in Miami.

In the latest disclosure over her finances – which she signs with the last name Collins despite remarrying twice after her split with the pop legend – Orianne reveals she’s slashed her monthly spending from a previously recorded $146,555.

Orianne Cevey and estranged husband Tom Bates’s (pictured in 2021) Fort Lauderdale mansion is now in foreclosure, nine months after it was listed for sale amid their ongoing divorce battle, DailyMail.com can reveal

The couple – who had been living in Phil Collins’s Miami mansion in 2020 – moved into a six-bedroom waterfront property in Fort Lauderdale (pictured) in 2021 before splitting later that year

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the home’s monthly mortgage is $24,729, which the affidavit notes is ‘not being paid at this time’

But it’s still running at $42,160.06 a month, according to her latest filing in Broward County Circuit Court obtained by DailyMail.com.

Meanwhile, her monthly income, listed as $4,816.76 – or $3,594.74 after taxes and deductions – is a fraction of those expenses, therefore leaving $38,565.32 adrift each month.

As for real estate listed in the assets section of the affidavit, the document notes ‘Home owned by LLC is in foreclosure’ and lists its worth as $5.5million, the price she purchased it for in December 2020.

The mansion, complete with stunning pool, was purchased through O&T Holding LLC and has outstanding loans of $4.6million.

The monthly mortgage under household expenses is listed at $24,729.47, which the document notes is not currently ‘being paid at this time.’

It is where Orianne and Bates settled after a judge turfed them out of Phil Collins’s $40million ocean-front Miami Beach spread in late 2020.

They had taken over the rocker’s mansion in summer that year immediately after secretly marrying in Las Vegas while the In the Air Tonight singer was abroad – and even hired security guards to keep him out.

Swiss-born Orianne – who won a $47million pay out from Genesis legend Phil in their 2008 divorce – had access to the home because she reunited with Collins in 2015 following the failure of her second marriage to Miami investment banker Charles Fouad Mejjati.

Later, she and former tribute band musician Bates luxuriated in their new Fort Lauderdale pad together until he left shortly before divorce proceedings began in December 2021, leaving Orianne to pay the bills.

The 49-year-old reported having a staggering $42,160.06 in monthly expenses against a monthly income of $4,816, according to her latest filing in Broward County Circuit Court

Orianne lists her total debts at $7,031,209, which includes the homes loans, against assets of $5,868,924 which includes $5.5million for the house

The mom of three – who has two children with Collins and one with Mejjati – filed in her latest paperwork that she has cut her maid service of $3,000, club membership of $2,723 and household employees of $19,500.

But she still forks over $900 a month for a therapist and $24,729.47 on loans for the house, according to the latest document.

She doesn’t include spending on clothes in the filing, which at one point she told the court cost her $60,000 a month.

Other general liabilities still include owing exclusive department store Neiman Marcus $212,263, Capital One $54,000, two JPMorgan Chase accounts a total of $188,000 and a tax bill of $504,048, according to the latest document.

Orianne also lists a lawsuit as a $924,964 debt, but does not explain what it refers to. However, she lost her legal case against Collins after trying to claim half of the $40million he pocketed when he sold the Miami Beach house.

The mom also still owes $43,000 to Miami attorney Richard Wolfe, who represented her and Bates at one point in the claim to Collins’s home, which was once owned by Jennifer Lopez.

She lists her total debts at $7,031,209, which includes the homes loans, against assets of $5,868,924 which includes $5.5million for the house.

Cevey, who still uses her married name Collins, was married to British rock singer Phil Collins from 1999 to 2006. They are pictured together in 2016

Of her assets, she lists $250,000 of jewelry, $100,000 in clothing and personal items and $1,424 in her checking account. Her furniture, she says, is worth $10,000.

The new disclosures are the latest in a saga of the warring couple which has included Bates demanding a judge throw Orianne in jail for six months for alleged contempt of court – and claims she was physically violent to him.

They have also battled over a $340,000 Aston Martin supercar leased for $6,400 a month which she got him from a Miami dealership, complete with the James Bond-style license plate of TB 007.

Bates refused to hand it over for more than a year after leaving their Fort Lauderdale mansion, but it was eventually turned in earlier this year.

In April 2022, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Orianne had picked up Bates from a male escort site where he advertised himself as a ‘sexy intellectual’, with degrees in philosophy and political science.

But once she moved him into Phil’s mansion their fiery relationship saw her physically assault her new husband ‘on several occasions’ – once threatening to cut off his ‘private parts’ according to his filings in the divorce.

Bates was on the books of a company called Cowboys 4 Angels, using the name Ryan, while he was in Los Angeles, after moving from Florida to try to make it in the music business.

But he headed back to his home state when things didn’t work out as planned. It is understood the couple had their first meeting at an exclusive five-star hotel in Miami Beach.

As for real estate listed in the assets section of the affidavit, the document notes ‘Home owned by LLC is in foreclosure’ and lists its worth as $5.5million, the price she purchased it for in December 2020

On the Cowboys 4 Angels website, ‘Ryan in Los Angeles’ was touted as ‘the classic, charismatic Los Angeles gentleman, who is definitely guaranteed to exceed your expectations and show you an unforgettable experience!’

He was pictured sporting designer stubble and showing off his tanned six-pack with an open plaid shirt and with one hand behind his head.

‘Originally from the east coast, this sexy intellectual is well-educated, having obtained collegiate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science, further reinforcing his ability to thrive in social and formal situations requiring stimulating, impressive and thought-provoking conversation,’ continued the blurb.

‘Ryan currently works as a personal trainer and musician… some of Ryan’s main interests include art, fashion, traveling and live music.’

Orianne – whose maiden name is Cevey – was living with Collins when she allegedly selected Bates after he had returned to Florida, where court papers suggest he was still working as an escort.

Bates’s legal team revealed how they first got together in answers to Orianne’s divorce petition.

‘At the time the parties met, Husband was employed by an escort service,’ they wrote.

Cevey, a Swiss national who is 23 years his junior, met Collins, her first husband, while working on the singer’s 1994 tour. They have two sons together, Matthew and Nicholas (pictured in 2018)

In April 2022, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Orianne had picked up her much younger husband from a male escort site where he advertised himself as a ‘sexy intellectual’ before marrying him in 2020

‘The Wife selected Husband through the escort service and insisted on dating him. The parties’ relationship rapidly progressed into a meaningful romantic relationship. Wife persuaded Husband to leave the escort service to marry her.

‘Husband moved from California to Florida on or about July 2020 and rented an apartment in Delray Beach, Florida. After the parties married, Wife insisted that Husband leave the sanctuary of his Delray apartment and move into the Collins residence in Miami with Wife.

‘The Wife clearly understood that Husband’s life would be turned upside down and the Husband and Wife would be sued by Phil Collins once Husband moved into the Collins residence.’

Bates claims he received the alleged threat to slice off his genitals after returning to the couple’s new Fort Lauderdale mansion from spending Thanksgiving 2021 with his parents at their home in nearby Lighthouse Point.

He arrived to find Orianne had ‘secretly removed’ his clothes and other possessions and he asked for them back.

‘Wife, who has a ferocious temper, threatened Husband with bodily harm (by cutting off his private parts) when he asked for his clothes and personal property’, said his filing.

‘The Wife, who has earned a 3rd degree black belt designation and is trained in boxing, previously physically assaulted Husband on several occasions prior to separation. On one occasion, Husband had to scream for the housekeeper to help him exit the house to avoid Wife’s assault.

‘Husband voluntarily vacated the marital residence for his safety.

Orianne’s attorneys have attacked Bates during the battle, writing: ‘The Husband has not only syphoned funds from the Wife, but the Wife is now heavily encumbered and has limited cash flow. She has been relying on assets to meet expenses.’
