Tommy Fury shares incredible nine-week body transformation ahead of KSI fight after opening up about his struggle with comfort eating: ‘I don’t cut corners. Ever.’
Tommy Fury revealed his incredible nine-week body transformation on Wednesday – after previously opening up about his struggle with comfort eating.
The former Love Island star, 24, is gearing up to fight his rival KSI at the AO Arena in Manchester on October 14, after beating YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia earlier this year.
Posting a before and after picture to Instagram, he showed off the results of his rigorous weight training and gain in muscle mass.
Flexing his bulging muscles to emphasise his ripped physique, Tommy wrote: ‘A 9 week transformation… one thing about me, I don’t cut corners. Ever.’
Fiancée Molly Mae Hague, with whom he shares daughter Bambi, eight months, commented: ‘Absolutely insane’.

Tommy has posted frequent training updates as he prepares to take on KSI in the big fight over the weekend.
He has previously opened up about his struggle with yo-yo dieting, which is when weight is lost due to a change in lifestyle but is easily put back on after returning to old ways, meaning that weight fluctuates.
Tommy said he gained three stone in three weeks after his fight with social media star Jake Paul in February this year.
He binged on junk food, eating £300 worth of cheesecake after winning against Jake in Saudi Arabia.
He also ordered pizzas, burgers and milkshakes to his hotel room as he relished in not having to train and restrict himself for the time being, The Sunday Times reported in its Style magazine profile.
Television personality Tommy, who has battled depression and suffered a breakdown in 2015, says he tends to comfort eat when he feels down.
He told The Sunday Times: ‘My go-to when I’m upset is large Domino’s pizzas.

‘My logic – and it’s terrible – is that between fights I try to cram as much c**p as I can into my body so that when I have to get back in shape I’m sick of junk food.’
Tommy’s fight with Jake was the result of over two years of social media warfare that saw a clash culminate only at the third time of asking.
Reality star Tommy had to pull out of the two previously arranged contests and was bombarded with claims that he was scared to fight the seemingly less decorated boxer in Paul.
He maintained he had to pull out of his dates with Jake for legitimate injury and visa-related reasons but after finally being able to prove himself right, the Mancunian was moved to tears as he was announced the victor.
And in the chat he also revealed his dreams to move into body building after his boxing career ends.
He told the publication he was ‘obsessed’ with the idea of it and that it would be his ‘next passion’.
Tommy explained the he was to get ‘substantially bigger’ including 20inch arms as he professed: ‘I love it’.

Tommy has revealed that his Love Island fiancee Molly-Mae Hague hates boxing and commended her for supporting his career.
Tommy has followed in his brother Tyson’s boxing footsteps and Molly-Mae has made no secret of the fact that she doesn’t like watching him in the ring.
He further opened up on Molly-Mae’s dislike of the sport and revealed she only ‘tolerates’ boxing because it makes him happy.
Tommy commended his fiancée for supporting his passion despite ‘hating’ it herself.
He said on BBC Breakfast: ‘She watches the ground while I fight. She only tolerates boxing because she knows how happy it makes me. That’s it.
‘Other than that she hates it. She doesn’t like talking about it, she doesn’t like watching it, nothing, which I can understand.’
Tommy admitted he understands how difficult it must be for Molly-Mae to watch him – the father of their daughter Bambi, nine months – getting punched in the ring.
‘She’s watching her partner, the father to her baby, getting in the ring, have a fight and get punched up,’ he went on.
‘It’s not a nice feeling to go through so I commend her, I do.’
Molly-Mae has previously made no secret of her dislike of watching Tommy in the ring and stayed away from the TV during his fight with Jake in February.
While she sweetly broke down in tears upon hearing of his win at the time, new mother Molly-Mae couldn’t bear to actually watch Tommy in the ring.
She stayed in the UK with their newborn daughter Bambi, who was born just weeks earlier, while Tommy jetted off for his much-anticipated showdown with Jake.
But she didn’t watch the fight on TV, with her sister Zoe sharing a clip of her taking shelter in her bedroom while her family and friends watched the clash.
Speaking last year after watching Tommy fight Daniel Bocianski, Molly-Mae admitted she finds it ‘horrible’ watching her partner get punched in the ring.

Family: Molly-Mae and Tommy met on Love Island in 2019 and welcomed their daughter Bambi in January of this year. They then got engaged just months later in July
‘I don’t actually watch him – I watch the screen, that’s my way of dealing with it,’ she told BT Sport at the time.
‘To watch him in the flesh, it feels much harder. I watch him on the screen and that relieves a little bit of the stress, but I have got nail marks on my arm where they have been digging in.’
‘It’s just horrible. I would not wish it on my worst enemy honestly. The fear of watching your person in the ring is not nice. It really isn’t,’ she added.
