The Only Way is Essex star Amber Turner has been busy showing Dan Edgar what he's missing.
Back around May of this year, the reality TV couple stunned their fanbase by announcing they'd separated after six years together, with reports claiming Amber, 30, had simply "lost patience" with Dan, 33.
Skip to now and his ex-girlfriend is living her best life in the sizzling heat of Dubai, taking bikini-clad pictures infront of the mirror. "Not the type you find twice," Amber captioned three photos of herself on Instagram this week.
One of her many followers pointed out in the comment section: "Bet Dan is missing you", before a handful more added: "Caption [applause, fire and heart-eyed emojis]", "Wowee amber may I say you look lovely", "You look fab Amber! x", "Amber you're killing it in the game! You look stunning" and "One of the most stunning women on here by a long way".
I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! favourite Helen Flanagan chipped in with: "Oh wow [fire emoji]".
A source originally told The Sun of Amber and Dan's breakup: "Amber has been desperate to settle down for years now, but Dan has always been hesitant. She was convinced a proposal would be coming soon after they moved into their dream home together at the end of last year. But Dan has failed to make the changes he promised to make for Amber and still seems undecided about the future."
She was apparently "willing to give Dan time" but ultimately "lost patience" in what was unfolding.
Officially announcing the split on social media, Amber wrote to her fans: "I wasn't going to post anything but due to speculations & questions, I feel like I need to. Yes, me and Dan have split. I honestly wish him the best for the future. Please respect our privacy at this time. Thank you."
Meanwhile, her thinly veiled dig comes after Amber cryptically suggested she'd found love elsewhere.
Dan himself caught up with OK! for an exclusive chat about single life last month.
"I’m just out of a five-year relationship – [another romance] is the last thing I want right now. I want to concentrate on myself," he said. "When I have come out of a relationship in the past I have been like, 'Girls, girls, girls!' But I’m at an age now where I want to focus on myself and my business.
"It’s hard. It’s like having a kid. At the moment I’m in limbo. I’m temporarily living with [James Argent]. The dog is staying in the house with Amber. We'll see what happens. I love him to bits.
"It’s a hard thing to navigate. When you split up with someone you want a clean break without attachments, but, in these circumstances, it’s not going to be that easy. We have to work through it and work out what’s best for the dog. I care about the dog a lot. And I don’t hate Amber at all. It’s a weird ending to it but it’s life."
