She shed an impressive 3.5 stone, after embarking on a lifestyle overhaul in 2019.

And Vanessa Feltz showed she’s continued to maintain her slimmed-down frame when she made an appearance on ITV’s This Morning on Tuesday.

The broadcaster, 59, looked incredible in a flowing pink dress as she sat down with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield to discuss the hot topics of the day.

Her flattering frock of choice featured a plunging neckline and white floral vertical patterning and was complemented by a pair of pink boots.

With her golden locks styled in soft shoulder-length waves, the TV personality accessorised with an array of glittering jewellery that included chandelier earrings.

Highlighting her famous looks with a dusting of makeup, the glamorous star looked radiant as she made one of her regular appearances on the show.

Vanessa previously told how weight loss made her feel more confident and helped her sex life – despite fiancé Ben Ofoedu, 48, having no complaints to begin with.

In an interview, the TV star explained she enjoys wearing sexy lingerie in the bedroom now that she has shed the pounds down to a size 12.

‘I’ve been able to get sexier underwear. I love a négligée – I’ve got some fabulous satin ones which I think are absolutely irresistible to Ben,’ the media personality told Woman Magazine.

She added: ‘He doesn’t seem to have become any less keen on a bit of how’s your father, put it that way. He likes a bigger woman with a big fat bum.

‘Mine has almost dwindled away, so I don’t think he’d have cared if I hadn’t lost an ounce, but he likes the confidence.’

In March 2019, the BBC Teatime Show stand-in host revealed on This Morning that she had her gastric band removed a few months earlier and confirmed she had lost the weight in under three months.

Her gastric band was fitted in 2010, and she famously admitted she used to try and ‘cheat’ the weight-loss procedure by drinking ‘chocolate custard’.

In 2018, it had wrapped around her liver, causing her to feel like she was ‘drowning’ as her body filled up with fluid.

Last month, Vanessa candidly discussed her sex life with fiancé Ben and cheekily admitted that they do it ‘whenever and wherever they want’.

Speaking in a new interview, the presenter said that the duo keep the spark alive by sending racy messages and it is her ‘duty’ to have saucy knickers.

Vanessa admitted that she wants her relationship with the Phats & Small vocalist to stay ‘good’ and not become ‘stagnant, boring and dreary’.

Talking to The Sun about their sex life during lockdown, she said: ‘It is not like we’re doing anything else at the moment, so what the hell are we going to do if we’re not doing that?

‘Also, we haven’t got kids at home any more, so we really can do it whenever we want to.

‘We don’t have to ask for anyone’s permission if we want to do whatever we want, in any room that we feel like doing it in, in any position we want to do it in, at any time of the day. And that is quite a nice feeling.’

Vanessa added that ‘age is not an issue’ and that they both ‘feel an obligation’ to make an effort in their romance.

The star cheekily revealed that they make things ‘fun’ by Ben cooking in the nude and she will wear ‘saucy’ kickers.

Giving her sex life advice, Vanessa added that it is important to do things that get couples ‘smooching and hand-holding’ rather than talking about the damp on your home’s ceiling.

Vanessa and Ben have been engaged since December 2006 but the presenter admitted she is in no rush to tie the knot yet would ‘never say never’.

Her first marriage to surgeon Dr. Michael Kurer ended in 2000 after he reportedly left her for another woman, 13-years after they exchanged vows.

The former couple are parents to daughters Saskia Kurer, 31, and Allegra Benitah, 34, a former tax lawyer and successful TV chef.
