Gran, 82, has sweary rant after trolls say she’s split from 36-year-old toyboy

A British pensioner who married a toyboy slammed trolls when they started speculating about her relationship status.

Iris Jones, 82, insists she's happy with Mohamed Ibriham, 36, despite their 46-year age gap.

The pair met in Egypt and tied the knot in November 2020.

But over the last year or so, they've had long stretches of time apart due to alleged visa issues.

Mohamed also had to go back to Egypt in recent weeks due to family illness, Mirror Online reports.

Rumours started swirling as soon as the pair parted, with Mohamed telling YouTube fans: "Some hitchhikers say we are separated or divorced, they say it on social media".

Iris, from Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, was annoyed by this speculation and so hit back.

She said: "They are very misguided, they don't know their a*se from their elbow."

Iris, who refers to herself as Mohamed's "beloved wife", urged critics to "get a life".

The Egyptian toyboy said "f*** you" to keyboard warriors, who he described as "silly bastards" before telling them to "go to hell".

Dealing with trolls isn't the only obstacle the couple have had to overcome in their relationship.

Iris and Mohamed, who is an engineer, sent off for the toyboy’s visa in August last year expecting that a decision would be made by November 2021.

But it seems the pair may still be waiting.

The younger man took to social media to reveal how difficult it is to be apart from Iris.

He said: "I miss my wife Iris, I miss her, and I miss my life with my wife.”

Previously, Iris has spoken of the duo's sex life – and claims she felt like a "virgin again" after making love to Mohamed.

The pensioner revealed they became romantic hours after meeting and said: "It was incredible. I felt like a virgin again. It wasn’t easy but it was very loving and romantic.

"My ex-husband said I was frigid when we divorced 40 years ago but I now know I’m certainly not."
