Michel Faro do Prado, 44, is a tattoo artist who has been working in the industry for over 25 years.
He has been dubbed the "Human Satan" for his unique appearance and earned himself a following of 58,900 fans on Instagram.
Despite spending a fortune on his look, the Brazilian has just shared his latest procedure.
The body modification fan revealed that he spent around £790 on his curved tusks which stick out from either side of his mouth.
And in another procedure, Michel also had his ring finger removed from one of his hands.

Previously he claimed to have been the third in the world to have the end of his nose removed.
The procedure involves having the tip of the nose removed which could come with risks or health complications.
He also has four horns on either side of his head and several implants under the skin of his forehead.

He added: "Actually I have a good resistance to pain, I don't think anything is so painful.
"I suffer a lot more in the post-procedures than at the time. I would love not to feel any pain.
"But if I have to feel pain, to achieve what I want, for sure I will face it!"
